My parents purchased their headstone from Wilhelm Mounument Company many years ago. One of the vases on my (deceased) father''s headstone broke off. I phoned Wilhelm and was delighted when Ms.Judy Wilhelm answered. Ms. Wilhelm was extremely friendly. I could "hear the smile" in her voice. Ms. Wilhelm phoned to inform me after Wilhelm promptly reattached the vase. Unfortunately, outstanding customer service is rare indeed. How refreshing it was to speak to a friendly voice, rather than voice mail. I am also delighted that my needs were promptly met! I highly recommend Wilhelm Monument Company. I rate their customer service as A+! |
